ELEONORA BEGOYAN

Co-founder and the President of the of the “Open Borders” Institute of Peace, Democracy and Development. Miss Begoyan is  a high level specialist in public finance management, a national expert on gender budgeting, a public figure, women’s rights defender, advocate for gender equality, peace and security, and  particularly advocate for  UN Security Council Resolutions 1325 and 2250. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Finance Management, is an EMBA candidate at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Trained as a peace and security advocate by the OSCE and UNODA and licensed  as a specialist in conflict prevention and resolution in the OSCE area through arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation( license ID 14-3160-0619). Passed trainings mainly abroad, in Europe and the Middle East.
